GENERAL
SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping charges for shower doors are based on UPS Freight & Fed-Ex Freight Standard Rates.
Residential Delivery: Defined as a shipment to a residential location neighborhood, the driver may assist but is only required to get the load
to the tailgate of the delivery truck. Any additional delivery services will be at the request and responsibility of the consignee.
Commercial Delivery: Defined as a commercial buisness location with regular business operating hours & capable of receiving a delivery via tractor/trailer. The driver may assist but is only required to get the load
to the tailgate of the delivery truck.
Customer Pick-Up: Picked up at or warehouse in Tempe AZ.

Shipping is available to all of our customers
who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous
United States.
Orders
to be shipped to
Alaska and Hawaii are sent by the appropriate carrier for that area. and may incurr additional costs.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING TIMES:

Stock Shower Enclosures ship out of our warehouse within 7 days from date of order.
Special order items that are not in stock are shipped within
10 - 14 days from date of order.
It takes 2-5 days of transit time to reach the destination.

BACKORDERS:
|
It is extremely rare to have a backordered item, in the event it occurs you will be contacted via email.
If you choose to remove the backordered item from your order,
a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original
method of payment.

DAMAGE:
|
Inspect packages for damage, In the event damage occurs during transit, please follow these steps.
A. If you know that there is broken glass which will be obvious (when tempered glass breaks, it shatters into thousands of pieces). DO NOT ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT Notify us of the situation and we will reship the order.
B. If you suspect minor damage, open the carton to determine the extent of damage, We can replace any metal component very quickly. MAKE A NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT OF THE DAMAGE We will promptly send out the replacement part.
TAKE PICTURES OF ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT THAT IS ACCEPTED

RETURNS:

We do not accept returns due to the nature of the high cost of shipping. Be absolutely certain of the order you are placing.
